SWINDON LETS - HOW TO TRADE

1. Using the Spreadsheet 'SWINDON LETS'

The spreadsheet contains the following worksheets:

SEARCH - To find details of individual accounts quickly

LETS SERVICES - This contains details of what members want and can offer (sometimes also including prices).

INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTS - Gives details of individual transactions

SCHEDULE OF TRANSACTIONS - This is the very last worksheet and gives summary details of all transactions. Note that the balance limit is plus or minus 100 LETS (any balance figure exceeding this shows red. Any figure between 90 and 100 shows pink as an advanced warning).

Procedure

a. Get information on services from the LETS SERVICES worksheet

b. Get address details from the SEARCH worksheet

c. Contact the person you wish to trade with and agree a transaction

d. Send details of the transaction and the prices agreed to the address below and ask the person you are trading with to do the same.

2. Using the WORD documents -

The following WORD documents apply:

SWINDON LETS MEMBER CONTACT DETAILS

SWINDON LETS MEMBER SERVICES

SWINDON LETS TRANSACTIONS

Follow the same procedure as in 1 above.
